Shipping Policy

  • Order handling time frame:
    • Rex 110cc Pre-Sale products are expected to ship within 1 month. It will take 2-10 days more for mainland shipping to get delivered depending on where you live.
    • UTV parts orders will be processed within 15 working days. Plus shipping time of 15-21 days it will take 30-36 working days for you to get the items since you placed the order.
    • For 650cc and 1000cc UTV on this site the order processing time will be 7 working days. Plus shipping time of 7-10 days it will take 14-17 working days for you to get the items.
    • For 120cc ATV and 170cc UTV on this site they are for pre-ordering the processing time should be communicated through emails from our sales representative.
    • If an order contains both ATV/UTV and Parts we will split the order it will take 30-36 working days for you the get all the ordered products.
  • If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be shipped between 7-15 working days. For wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order Payment orders, we will prepare your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account.
  • If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address and billing address is different, we may ask you to fill out an authorization form and send back to us. Your order may not be shipped until we receive your signed authorization.
  • For merchandise over 100lbs/box, it will be shipped by professional LTL trucking company. For merchandise under 100lbs, it will be shipped by FedEx.
  • For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas, please email us for shipping fee confirmation. If you choose to submit order prior to contacting us, we will email you the shipping fee and your order will not be shipped until we receive further confirmation from you.
  • You will be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped. You can go to the shipping company's website to track your shipment activities.
  • Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for "To And From Shipping And Handling Charges" incurred in shipping your order and a 25% restocking fee.
