Special Refund fees Instructions

Please note when you applied for an unconditional return or refund or money back guarantee you will be deducted for a fee of 2.99% of the order amount when you chose credit card or PayPal as your payment option cause these payment service provider will always charge for that fee when a transaction is settled successfully.

Returns 

We strive to provide quality customer service and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days or 15 miles whichever comes first, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges.

The following is our Return Policy Agreement:

  • Please contact one of our friendly staff to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or email us at info@offroadmall.com . Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number it is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
  • Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
  • If you do not have the original packaging, manuals, or the item is slightly used, that's ok too. We will still process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what is missing. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.
  • 25% - 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition.
  • This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Refurbished items will not qualify for this guarantee. All sales are final for all refurbished products.
  • If you have received your vehicle for more than 30 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for a refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.
  • Over 6 months return or the unauthorized return may subject over 50% restocking fee.
  • In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
  • We don't accept worn cloth, shoes, gears return. Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.
  • An order may be canceled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However, you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@offroadmall.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@offroadmall.com and send your item to: SMG DISTRIBUTION & ASSOCIATES INC, 3101 W. MILLER ROAD GARLAND, TEXAS 75041, United States. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
