Except for clearly stated ship date on the product page. Normal Shipping takes 12-14 days to reach you depending on where you live.  If you live in a rural area it may take a little longer.  However, sometimes shipping takes less..  We have had customers receive their shipment in as little as 2 days! You will also receive a tracking number in your email when your vehicle is getting ready to ship. Please make sure that you answer your phone for the shipping company though because they will not deliver your vehicle without contacting you first to schedule delivery.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

You receive the tracking number as soon as the shipment is scheduled for pick up.  The tracking will show up as soon as the freight trailer doors close and your shipment is on the road and on its way to your door :).

Not a problem!  Email us pictures at and we will send you out the replacement part free of charge.  However, minor scrapes and scratches from crating and shipping is normal and you can use touch up paint to repair those if you have any.


Most vehicles are shipped 80-90% assembled in a crate and minor assembly is required.  Larger vehicles like UTV 650cc, 1000cc are shipped fully assembled via Car hauler.

It depends on your assembly service choice. If you chose this service option then yes your vehicle would be professionally assembled, tested, and tuned.

For kids atvs, dirt bike series Wheels, Handlebars, Footrests, Racks, Front Bumper, and Battery needed to be assembled. For adult big machines you need professional assembly service.
